Casa-unica.eu is a site dedicated to the seasonal rental of apartments and gives access to a list of short-term real estate rentals.

CASA Unica LDA is a one-man company whose head office is situated in Avenida da República, 50 2 Andar 1050 – 196 Lisboa

Entry and exit hours: check-ins are done at 4pm and checkouts at 11am.

Every member must:

– Use the website in conformity to the aforementioned objectives in the current use conditions.

– Do not use the website in order to commit crimes, or any minor infractions punishable by virtue of the penal code or any other law..

– Do not try to divert the traffic towards another website or rival service.
